 This trek contains the GPS data for the entire narrows. This is a one-way hike starting outside Zion park and hiking in. There are companies in the area that offer rides to the starting location. You can park a car at the main park entrance and take the shuttle to your car after finishing the narrows. While it is possible to complete this in a day, you will not have time to fully enjoy the sites. It's recommended to make this a two day hike and there are plenty of campsites until you get to Big Springs. Check with nps.gov for details on overnight camping and wilderness passes. Note that the climb statistic for this hike is not accurate as the GPS track goes up and down the narrow canyon walls slightly.
